Who is Bayside?

Lynda Kelly

Lynda Kelly, licensed real estate broker and owner of Bayside Property Management & Real Estate Services Corp. Pinellas County has been her home since 1978, a graduate of Dunedin High School and 30 years of property management experience. Lynda has gained extensive knowledge of the local real estate market both in leasing and sales. Bayside Property Management is also an A-rated member of the local Better Business Bureau.

Being a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers NARPM places Lynda steps above other property managers with continuous education and support from this essential organization dedicated to professional property managers. She is well versed in the Florida Landlord/Tenant Act, Fair Housing regulations, and has access to attorneys that specialize in Florida property management issues. Lynda is also a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization and earned the distinguished GRI designation in 2017.

Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly is a true Florida and Pinellas County native and graduate of East Lake High School. He officially joined Bayside in 2020 as a real estate associate and property manager, he offers the company fresh new practices and innovative ideas. Brian grew up around property management, worked in the office at 17 and obtained his real estate license at of 21. He works closely with Lynda and is also an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers as well as the National Association of Realtors. This year he is planning to get his Broker’s license and will start working toward the GRI designation to further his education in professional property management and real estate sales.
