If I could leave more than five stars I would. We started working with Lynda through the rental process a little over 10 months ago and she handled it perfectly. Bayside has been PM for our San Francisco Investor Group for about 5 years and has always done an excellent job keeping our properties occupied and well maintained.  Recently Brian Kelly approached us with a plan to enhance releasing efforts and increase property valuation by remodeling our rental property’s very outdated kitchen.  The result is attached and shows quite an excellent result.  We don’t post Reviews often but felt compelled to Shout Out Brian’s impact on our property.  A new tenant moved in a few days after completion and now everyone is very happy with Brian’s and his Contractor’s accomplishments at reasonable cost. Lynda Kelly listed our Palm Harbor home and it sold for the highest price per square foot in our neighborhood!  Also, as a roperty manager, Lynda has handled all our rental units for years now. We wouldn't work with anyone else. She is prompt to respond when called. Lynda has a full time maintenance man available so is quickly able to address the concerns of home-owners or renters. My husband and I have been tenants in a townhouse for approximately 3 years. Bayside Prop acts in place of the landlord for the house. We started knowing nothing about being a landlord and were so grateful when BPM took care of everything. They freed us to concentrate on growing our properties, without them, it would have been difficult at best, impossible at worst. When vetting prospective tenants, you really want to work with an experienced (and insured) property manager (and realtor) to find the best "fit" for your property. Also Bayside makes life easy with their online secured Portal to help you keep track of service orders, invoices. So happy with the service we renewed for another year. I have had some really bad experiences during my rental history. Needless to say, I didn't think this experience was going to be much different. Oh boy was I wrong. I have NEVER had a property management company get the "fix it" crew out as fast as Lynda at Bayside. I send an email and quickly get a response. I have been working with Lynda for a little over a year for my property in Clearwater, FL. She has always been professional, responds to any issues/ questions in a timely manner and treats my property like it was hers.  My wife and I have never had to worry about our house or the tenants and she even deals in a professional manner with the HOA concerns. Lynda Kelly has managed more than a dozen residential rental properties for us in Pinellas County. She has efficiently and professionally found tenants, moved them in and maintained the properties. She has kept up to date collection of rents and utility bills and has provided comprehensive financial reports every month. Bayside Property Management has been in the real estate business for many years and has developed a long list of vendors and repair/maintenance services so that all repairs are done promptly for the tenants.
