Lynda Kelly, Broker and Owner of Bayside Property Management and Real Estate Services Corporation, has resided in the Tampa Bay area for over 25 years with market knowledge of both Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. She has held a Florida real estate license since 1986 helping buyers and sellers alike. Lynda has twelve years of practical hands-on property management experience from single family homes to management of apartment communities.

Lynda is an active Licensed Broker in the state of Florida, a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Lynda is also a current member of the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce.
